The recoiling machine is used widely in metallurgy industry. It is suitable for recoiling or uncoiling of plain carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper and other metal materials and is one production process of cold rolled coils. During the process of recoiling of products, recoiling is required sometimes according to product weight or length. In order to keep the steel coil to maintain good shape, it is necessary to carry out tension and speed control for the whole recoiling machine unit. Its main equipment includes: Feeding trolley, uncoiling machine, CPC centering device, anti-bend pinch roll, end shear, entrance pinch roll, trimming circuit shear, scrap cutter, exit pinch roll, EPC side aligning device, coiling machine, discharge trolley, etc.
一. Configuration of basic automation
- The control system takes programmable logic controller (PLC) as the core and usually uses Siemens S7-300, FATEK FBS series and Mitsubishi series PLC.
- The DC transmission system adopts full digital DC speed adjusting device and usually uses German Siemens 6RA70 and 6RA80 series, ABB DCS800 series, EUROTHERM 590 series, etc.
- The AC transmission system adopts full digital frequency conversion speed regulator and usually uses Siemens SIMOVERT series frequency conversion speed regulator.
- HMI human-machine interface (10.4″ touch screen) usually uses MCGS TPC1062 series, etc.
二.The automatic control items of the machine unit include the following points:
